Come and join us for an informative yet relaxing day learning dreamwork techniques to help craft your inner and outer worlds through the power of image. The day includes Yoga Nidra and gentle creative exercises to help you unlock the symbolism of your dreams, connecting you deeper to your Self and creativity. Please bring a journal and a dream. Early bird ticket is £40 if booking is made before 1st May. About the instructor Cara has a deep commitment to exploring the transformative power of symbols and the unconscious through Jungian psychology, dreamwork, and the sacred languages of alchemy and Tarot. She holds a diploma in Jungian studies and has over 6 years of experience practicing and teaching Jungian approaches. Cara has led dream workshops across the UK, Europe, and America, guiding participants to connect more fully with their inner world and unlock fresh insights and creative potential. Her teaching creates a compassionate, supportive space where curiosity and imagination flourish, helping you navigate your dreams and inner images with clarity and confidence.
